Hi, I'm Lee,

I’ve always known I couldn’t work for someone else.

Entrepreneurship is in my DNA. Over the years, I’ve owned four businesses, including a promotional products marketing company, a commercial cleaning business, and a library updating service for tax and legal information. In 2015, I launched my ActionCOACH firm, where I combine my passion for business with years of sales and marketing experience.

Since then, I’ve been honored with the "Breakout of the Year" Award in 2016, the "Action Hero" Award in 2022, and the " Regional Master License Choice” ActionCOACH Award, and most recently the "Best Client Results" Award in 2024. I take great pride in coaching clients to grow their businesses, expand their teams, add locations, and ultimately gain more time and financial freedom. My approach is simple: as a business owner, you deserve the reward of your hard work—a profitable business, a capable team, and the ability to achieve your dreams. With more than 10,000 hours of coaching, I am here to help you succeed.
