FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We've got A's for your Q's

How do I know if business coaching is worth the investment?

Business coaching should pay for itself in multiples. When we meet, we'll use specific tools to assess your business and determine the ROI you can expect from a coaching program.

Do I need to have a specific type of business for your coaching to work?

No—our coaching is effective across all business types. Every business has opportunities in time, team, mindset, operations, and profit that we can help develop.

What if my business goals or needs don’t match your approach?

Our approach has driven success for businesses across many industries, with a focus on enhancing your time, team, mindset, operations, and profit. We'll customize our methods to align with your goals.

How involved will you be in my business, and how much access will I have to you?

Involvement depends on your chosen program. Typically, we offer weekly and monthly sessions, including half-day ActionCOACH community events with other business owners for added value and support.

How soon can I expect to see results from coaching?

We guarantee measurable results within 17 weeks.

What if we start coaching, and I feel like it’s not a fit—can I stop or pause?

Yes, you're never obligated to continue. Real business transformation often requires time, but you have the freedom to make adjustments as you go.

I’ve heard coaching can be expensive—how can I be sure it’s worth the cost?

Our pricing is tailored to the pace you want. Education-focused programs start at $1,200 for 12 weeks or $150 per month. We also offer group and one-on-one coaching from $500 monthly, so there’s a plan for every stage.

What if I’m not ready to be fully transparent about my business challenges?

Transparency allows us to target the right areas for growth. Rest assured, confidentiality is a priority, and honesty helps us drive the best results.

How is business coaching different from consulting or other types of support?

While consultants do the work for you, a coach helps you bring out your best with guidance and accountability. We’re here to help you see blind spots, clarify priorities, and challenge you towards growth.

I’m already busy—will coaching add more to my plate or simplify things?

Coaching might add more at first as you shift priorities, but it will help you focus on the right tasks. In time, this approach leads to greater efficiency and more time for you.
