The most valuable connection I’ve made has been with Lee. She’s introduced me to incredible people, yes...but more importantly, she’s coached me into becoming the kind of leader who can build those connections on my own. When I started working with her 2.5 years ago, I had one location and was working full-time behind the chair. Now, I own three Utopia Modern Salon Suites and have franchised the company. That kind of growth didn’t just come from strategy...it came from clarity, confidence, and the mindset shifts that only happen when you’ve got the right person in your corner. That’s what Lee has been for me.
My approach to networking has changed dramatically. I used to show up to events and hope I’d meet someone great. Sometimes I did. But what I’ve learned, especially from Lee, is how to be intentional. Now, I focus on finding people who’ve already done what I’m trying to do and simply reach out. A coffee meeting, a Zoom, or even a thoughtful LinkedIn message can open doors you never saw coming. LinkedIn, especially, has become one of my most powerful tools just from showing up consistently and being willing to engage.
When it comes to building and maintaining relationships, I try to stay genuinely connected. I check in without an agenda, give praise when it’s deserved, and I love connecting people in my network who I believe could help one another. I’ve learned that strong networks are built on generosity and trust...not transactions.
Working with Lee hasn’t just helped me grow a business, it’s helped me grow into someone I’m proud to be.

The FREE 6 Steps Business Workshop was a tremendous success! We had a full room of driven business owners who came ready to learn, grow, and take their companies to the next level. From the moment the session began, there was an incredible energy in the room, everyone was engaged, open to new ideas, and excited to explore the proven 6 Steps framework for building a better business. The interactive format allowed for valuable conversations and real-time insights, making the day both impactful and inspiring.

GrowthCLUB Recap – A Day of Growth and Insight!
Our June GrowthCLUB was a fantastic success! Business owners from across the area came together for a powerful day of planning, learning, and connection. It was inspiring to see everyone so engaged and focused on mapping out their next 90 days with intention and clarity. The energy in the room was electric, and the takeaways shared at the end of the day proved just how impactful the sessions were.
