Meet Shae Regan

Meet Lee Gray's newest Executive Assistant

Hi there! I’m Shae Regan, and I’m thrilled to be stepping into the role of Executive Assistant to Lee Gray!

With over a decade of experience in administrative support, project coordination, office management, and customer service, I’ve spent the last 10 years sharpening my skills and building a reputation for keeping teams organized, operations smooth, and communication crystal clear. I take genuine pride in creating systems that work smarter (so we don’t have to work harder), and I’m here to provide steady, behind-the-scenes support that helps Lee, and the whole team, shine!

When I’m not fine-tuning workflows or wrangling calendars, you’ll probably find me hunting for vintage treasures at thrift stores, singing along front row at a concert, or knee-deep in a home DIY project. I’m also proudly married to an Air Force pilot flying the KC-46 out of McConnell AFB, and I’m the resident snack concierge for our 3-year-old daughter, Aubrey, who definitely runs the show (and the remote) at home.

Cash flow isn’t just about what’s coming in — it’s about when it comes in.

One of the most powerful (yet overlooked) strategies for improving your business’s cash flow is tightening your invoicing and collections process. Here’s how:

Invoice immediately after delivering a product or service — don’t wait days or weeks.
Set clear payment terms (consider net-15 instead of net-30).
Follow up consistently with friendly reminders before and after the due date.
Offer small early-pay discounts to encourage faster payments.
Implement late fees to discourage slow payments — and enforce them.

Proactive cash flow management gives you more flexibility, reduces financial stress, and puts you in a stronger position to invest in growth.

Remember: Profit looks good on paper, but cash flow pays the bills.
